- The Campus Health Center (CHC) invites you to take advantage of our clinical laboratory, staffed by experienced, licensed medical technologists (clinical laboratory scientists). The lab is state-licensed, CLIA certified, and COLA accredited.
- We offer a full-service laboratory which performs many tests in-house, though we do send chemistries and esoteric testings to an outside reference laboratory. The turn-around time for results is excellent.
- HIV testing is offered at the Health Center for a reasonable fee. As of January 1st 2006, HIV testing is $24.79. This fee covers testing only and not the office visit for those private insured students. Prices are subject to change and differ depending on insurance coverage. Please ask the day of your visit what your cost will be.

Personal requests for some screening tests may be made through our treatment nurse. |
| Fees: |
Students covered by our University insurance plan (USHIP or GSHIP) do
not pay lab fees if testing is requested as a result of illness or injury. Most screening tests (without symptoms) are not covered by insurance (i.e. HIV, cholesterol) however, pap smears and pregnancy tests are covered. Private paying students who do not have USHIP or GSHIP are responsible for any lab fees incurred. |
