IMPORTANT WAIVER INFORMATION FOR 2013-2014

To all students requesting to waive out of the Student Health Insurance Plan.

Due to the transition from UC SHIP (Anthem) to SHIP (Aetna) the waiver process has been delayed. Please check back or contact the Student Insurance Office for further information.

The new link for the waiver will be posted on the Health Center website, campushealth.ucr.edu, as soon as it is available. Please contact the Student Health Insurance office with any questions or concerns at 951-827-5683 or email to health@ucr.edu

Flu ShotsFlu Shots are available. The cost is $15 for students and $25 for faculty and staff.

The Walk-in Flu ShotClinic will be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 11 AM

Starting Tuesday, October 16, 2012 - Ending Thursday, November 29, 2012 or until supplies last. (Closed November 22nd)

Click here California is currently experiencing a statewide epidemic of Pertussis (Whooping Cough) . This disease can be serious for the very young and highly disruptive for anyone who contracts it. If you are around very young children or simply want to avoid the disease, call CHC to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine call: (951) 827-3031.
